Please note: This form can only be completed for Nevada State property titles.
When prompted, you'll answer knowledge check questions populated by third-party public records databases and capture images of your photo ID.
You'll then meet with a commissioned remote notary public over a live, two-way video feed to sign your form. The notary will confirm your identity, witness your signature, and assist you throughout the process.
Now you can download or share your notarized documents. Completed documents are stored in your Notarize account, which you can access at any time.
