What You'll Need

In order to have the best experience possible, please come prepared to your online notary meeting. You will need:

  • One form of ID from our list of acceptable IDs
  • The last 4 digits of your US social security number
  • A strong Internet connection and a valid email address
  • A computer, tablet, or smartphone with video and audio capabilities
  • 15 minutes to complete your online notarization

THE PROCESS

How it Works

1. Click either the "One Grantor" or "Two Grantors" button at the top of this page.

The above buttons will take you directly to a Restrictive Covenant Modification Form within the Notarize platform. You may complete some elements of the form before proceeding – but you'll wait to sign the document until meeting with the notary.

Please note: This form can only be completed for Nevada State property titles.

2. Verify your identity.

When prompted, you'll answer knowledge check questions populated by third-party public records databases and capture images of your photo ID.

3. Connect with a live notary agent.

You'll then meet with a commissioned remote notary public over a live, two-way video feed to sign your form. The notary will confirm your identity, witness your signature, and assist you throughout the process.

4. You're finished!

Now you can download or share your notarized documents. Completed documents are stored in your Notarize account, which you can access at any time.
